CLIENTS AND DISCOUNT
Every business man's dream is to get lots of clients patronizing his set up but there is this headache that comes with this package (client) and most entrepreneur/business men don'tt figure this out early.
Have you asked yourself why majority of the prospects that you engage with always ask for discount and you feel when you refuse they will go, so you keep dancing to their tune? At this point you need to do some wheel balancing. 🤣
Focus on your client/prospect not just your personality.
Many reasons why you don't get paid or why you get underpaid is because you are still focusing on yourself alone.
Stop spending your time talking about what you are and the degrees you have but on addressing his/her pain.
Most client ask you to beat down price and once you do, they keep asking for more.
Why?
👉They feel you are not very valuable.
👉You don't know your worth.
👉They won't profit from it(your product/service)
👉You are not trustworthy.
Also because you talk too much in your first meeting he/she question your integrity.
My advice would be:
👉Know your worth for real and technically show it in your 1st meeting.
👉 Hold your ground at the first instance in terms of price and avoid talking too much (just discover his/her pain & have a twist around it).
Just so you know;
👉Continuous price cut-down cripples your business goal.
👉 Not all that ask for discount really don't have the cash.
